2...3...4...5

So this past weekend we went to the Brookfield Zoo for the lights finally! After years of wanting to go Jason and I finally went, along with my mom and Don and Aaron. It is raining pretty hard on and off and sleeting a little. We weren't there for very long, I hope everyone had a good time.

It was cute because on the way there and on the way back Aaron saw AT & T billboards and said AT & T. I swear he has eyes for this! Aaron has a new obsession he loves taking the spoons out of the drawer and lining them up on the floor and counting them. He will do this with just about anything. He does it with q-tips, peanuts, crackers, books. The sky is the limit! He is learing all too fast!

Logos!

Aaron is pretty obsessed with Logos right now! It all really started with the NFL logo and every time he sees that he says football. Then he started seeing the Sprout logo and saying Sprout. Then about 2 weeks ago we were watching halftime and AT & T was the sponser and he said AT & T. Then the next night he saw the AT & T logo again and he said AT & T. Then a week ago we were driving in the car and he saw the AT & T wireless store and said AT & T. Also, Aaron knows the Disney logo. He points at it and says Disney! No one even taught him this!!
Another cool thing, Aaron can just see the outline of the mickey head and he knows that this is Mickey!

This morning I was looking for my glasses and about 10 minutes after I left for work, Aaron walked up to Dada with my glasses in his hand.

Tonight Aaron and I made brownies and he loved licking the spoon!


This past weekend was a lot of fun! Aaron got to go to his 1st Children's Museum at Navy Pier and we went to Winter Wonderland and Aaron decorated a sugar cookie. It was cute because as soon as we got on the bus to head back to the train station Aaron fell fast asleep. He was sooo pooped from playing so hard in the museum!
